• Consulting time (Including: reception location walk-through [if necessary], discussion of proposed flow of events, detailed analysis of reception décor and expectation, etc.)
• On-site coordination for rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• Creation/coordination of the schedule-of-events (timeline) with all parties involved
• Liaison between client, vendors and wedding party
• Review contracts & confirm vendors prior to wedding, confirmation of all details with each vendor (timeline, directions, special requests)
• “Emergency Kit” - we prepare for the unexpected by providing all that you may need, and much more.
• Arrival two hours prior to the ceremony and maintains presence until reception finale
• Collection of all special items the client brings to the ceremony and receptions (unity candle, ceremony programs, cake knife & server, champagne flutes, guest favors, guest book, table cameras, etc.) and gifts
• Verification all vendors are paid on the day of the event (if not prior)
• Management of set up and break down of event
• Facilitation of ceremony rehearsal
• Ensuring your day runs the way you want it.
