Ideal for those who have planned most aspects of their wedding and would like someone to pull all of the elements together as it gets closer to the big day. It is wonderful to have someone orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception without having to worry about all the little details.There are no limitations on meetings, consolations or advice/research.I come with what I call a vendor perspective. I started doing coordination after years of being a DJ assistant and in turn a videographer. I understand the needs of my bride and grooms and the goal of having a stress free and joyous day and I understand that to do this, the vendors they picked need to be able to do their job the best possible. I provide your vendors with details on the flow of the day, diagrams of the layouts so they know the best position to get their shots, details on things that are happening or what special additions you are making throughout the event so they are ready for it and don't miss out on the action. I'm fluent in English & Spanish and understand Portuguese and Italian should you have attendees that need translation or communicate better in an alternate language. You, your family and friends can relax knowing that your well thought out plans will flawlessly come to life as you enjoy your magnificent day. Includes:* Consulting time (Including: reception location walk-through [if necessary], discussion of proposed flow of events, detailed analysis of reception décor and expectation, etc.)* On-site coordination for rehearsal, ceremony and reception* Creation/coordination of the schedule-of-events (timeline) with all parties involved* Liaison between client, vendors and wedding party* Review contracts & confirm vendors prior to wedding, confirmation of all details with each vendor (timeline, directions, special requests)* Emergency Kit - we prepare for the unexpected by providing all that you may need, and much more.* Full day coverage from the beginning of the day to just beyond the end of your event.* Collection of all special items the client brings to the ceremony and receptions (unity candle, ceremony programs, cake knife & server, champagne flutes, guest favors, guest book, table cameras, etc.) and gifts* Verification all vendors are paid on the day of the event (if not prior)* Management of set up and break down of event * Facilitation of ceremony rehearsal* Ensuring your day runs the way you want it.Unfortunately, we do not offer full wedding planning, but we will be happy to refer you to full scale planners we have had the pleasure of working with.
